People think that compassion is dead . But it isn’t. I still believe there is still good in this world. Compassion can come in many forms. Let’s change the perception of of how we are as humans. As I look at so many faces with beautiful hearts, you can totally see it within their eyes. I’ve seen compassion when people come together when 9/11 happened. I’ve seen people with compassion come together when that shooting happened at Tops .
I’ve seen compassion with our garbage men. I will give you all in a real example . When I was a little girl broke my leg when I slipped on black ice . The garbage men that were working that day took the time out of their day to help me get to my house when I couldn’t walk at all because I was in so much pain when I broke three bones in my right leg . That right there was the indicator that I knew that they were still good in people and compassion in this world .
I’ve also seen people show compassion when we had that Christmas blizzard of 2022. I have seen compassion . I’ve seen compassion with some people who have had a box delivery but would assist on helping the delivery man or woman bring them their packages since they do a lot of hard work all day . I’ve seen compassion with people helping out each other when they need at the most physically or emotionally. I’ve seen compassion with our community when it comes to our four-legged friends . I’ve seen compassion with people helping the hungry . I’ve seen compassion in so many different ways. I’ve seen compassion within our community in general.
I think it’s time for us to look for the positive perspectives in life. Compassion can happen anytime. You can definitely change a persons life by showing compassion in many ways and that they will never forget.
